Dear Lord, thank You for the gift of life and the strength I have today. I ask for Your protection over my body, mind, and spirit. Fill me with energy, vitality, and wellness, and guide me to make choices that support my health. Please shield me from illness and restore any areas that need healing. Help me to honor my body as a gift from You and to be grateful for the health I have. May I walk through today with strength, peace, and gratitude. Amen.
